Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy starting from the date you receive your item. All products come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

1. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization (RA) number at wellsenergy25@gmail.com.
  2. Securely package your item, include all accessories, and place the RA number inside the package.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Note: Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost for approved cases.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal hygiene products that have been opened or used

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at wellsenergy25@gmail.com within 7 days. For approved cases, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

  • We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. If you need help placing a new order, please contact our customer service team.

Warranty: All products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims may require photos, serial numbers, or a brief description of the defect.
