Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. All products come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

1. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging and all accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Ship the item to the address provided along with the RA number
3. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personal hygiene products that have been unsealed

4. Damages or Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at wellsenergy25@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

5. Refunds Process

• We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card company
• Contact us if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
