General Warranty
All products purchased from the official Wells Energy online store are covered by our limited warranty. The warranty period starts from the date the product is received. By using the product, you agree to the terms of this warranty.
If a product is defective due to our company's fault, we will accept an exchange. Please contact us via the Contact Form within 30 days of receiving the product for a replacement. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.
To claim the warranty, an invoice or order confirmation email is required, showing the order number, product details, price, and purchase route.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. Some products may have extended warranty periods upon product registration on our official website.
Shipping Costs for Warranty
- Within 30 days of receiving the product: Wells Energy will cover shipping costs for returns for warranty purposes.
- After 30 days: Shipping costs to return the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover:
- Expired products
- Defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or failure to follow instructions
- Damage caused by overheating, liquids, or other external factors
- Products without proof of purchase or rewritten warranty documentation
- Damage due to improper storage or use
- Damage caused by external factors beyond our control (lightning, fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)
- Free gifts or accessories, including charging adapters
- Products damaged by unauthorized third-party parts or compatibility issues
