Free Shipping

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $99 USD and up worldwide!
Take a look around and fill your cart — we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for qualifying orders.

Free Shipping Restrictions

  • This offer does not apply to bulk, trade, or wholesale orders over $2000 USD or more than 10 items.

  • Oversized or overweight items may not qualify for free shipping. For such products, a flat shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout and displayed on the product page.

Shipping Costs

For orders below $99 USD or orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please use the shipping calculator on the cart page to view costs and estimated delivery times.

International Orders

We ship internationally from China. You can pay via international credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing Time & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, provided items are in stock.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or Chinese public holidays.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days for most destinations, depending on the local customs clearance process and carrier performance.

  • Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events are beyond our control, and shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can check your order status anytime by contacting us at wellsenergy25@gmail.com with your order number.

Missing Parcels

If your package has not been received within the expected delivery window according to the tracking information, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier, which may take 7–10 business days to resolve.
